The Opportunity

· This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks.

· It is an opportunity for an experienced Settlements Executive to join their team

· This is a 3-month contract role

The Job

· Ensure high quality client experience and satisfaction

· Smooth delivery of excellent services to clients

· Perform and achieve daily operational deliverables which includes ensuring that all clients’ trades are settled correctly and in a timely manner, responding to clients’ requests or queries and actively following up on clients’ instructions for share transfers.

· Ensure clients’ interest is protected by communicating with clients/counterparties on outstanding trades

· Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, management and regulators

· Comply with internal policies and procedures

The Talent

· Relevant experience in domestic custody and clearing operations

· Good knowledge on local securities market settlements and Depository System

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as a team

· Strong client facing and negotiation skills

· Well organized and meticulous with an eye for details

· Ability to achieve targets within tight deadlines
