Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day IT Infrastructure, Operation and Administration tasks in On-Premise, Private and Public Cloud Environments.
• Perform day-to-day IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Health checks in On-Premise, Private and Public Cloud Environments.
• Perform Server Provisioning of varying Operating Systems and Platforms
• Monitor and perform Server Backup, Restoration and Disaster Recovery tasks
• Monitor and perform External and Internal SFTP tasks
• Monitor and perform Service Scheduler tasks
• Schedule and perform Operating Systems and Security patch management tasks
• Schedule and perform Deployment, Releases and Change management tasks
• Perform administration of Activity Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Perform configuration of Shared drives / SharePoints / OneDrives
• Perform Network Support and Trouble-shooting.
• Perform Security Appliance Support and Trouble-shooting
• Perform Audit and Compliance Support and Provisioning
• Perform Level 2 and 3 Rotational Support
• Maintain and perform IT Infrastructure Hardware and Software inventory.
• Manage and attend to Service Request and Incidents
• Support and provisioning of IT Infrastructure related Projects, Products and Initiatives.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 3 years of of relevant IT Infrastructure and Operations Experience
• Experience in the administration of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Weblogic)
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware)
• Experience with Cloud technology (e.g AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Operations.
• Experience with Cloud Telephony Appliances and Platforms
• Experience with Digital Certificate/key Management.
• Experience with Network Appliances and Technologies.
• Experience with in Security Appliances and Technologies.
• Experience with in Agile methodology.
• Experience with Mac Operating Systems
• Provide operational support on the 24/7 system (Standby)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
