Candidate must possess at leastDiploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & BeverageServices Management or equivalent.

Ensurethat all F&B workings are produced in a correct cost effectiveand timely manner in alignment with SOP, specifications and qualityrequirements

Chalking out or improveoperational systems, processes and best practices that guaranteeorganization’s well-being Purchase provisions, imports from originfor specific products, plan inventory and ensure warehouseefficiency

Contribute towards theachievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives

Continuously improve operations, useinnovation and technology for optimization, better tracking,transparency and cost reduction

Examinefinancial data/statements and use them to improve profitability

Perform quality controls and monitorproduction KPI’s.

At least 3 Year(s) ofworking experience in the related field is required for thisposition.

Preferably Manager specialized inFood/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Additional qualification in Hotel management,Hospitality management or Culinary schooling is a plus

Proven work experience as operations manager at therelated F&B outlet

Ability to identifyrelevant suppliers locally and overseas for F&B provisions in acost effective, consistent and quality manner

Ability to establish long-term and good workingrelationships with suppliers and internal teams for retention andconsistency

Ability to conductself-research, leverage internet and social- media for market studyand enhance provisions, product catalog and operations procedures

Adequate knowledge of organizationaleffectiveness
