Overview:

In this pivotal role, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of IT Business Engagement, driving IT projects and meeting business needs. Collaborating seamlessly with diverse stakeholders – including business users, IT teams, and external vendors – you'll spearhead quality requirement gathering, meticulous documentation, and rigorous testing, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business and non-functional requirements, translating them into precise specifications.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, ranging from data examination to business process mapping and system flows. Facilitate workshops, leading dynamic discussions on requirements.
• Execute technical reviews, develop test scenarios, conduct thorough testing, and support IT project deployments.
• Lead discussions with APAC IT teams, Head Office counterparts, and vendors, identifying optimal IT solutions. Establish clear scopes, realistic timelines, and diligently monitor deliverables for timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain proactive communication, ensuring stakeholders and IT management are continually updated on project statuses.
• Provide seamless application support to business users, ensuring swift issue resolution within agreed service levels. Act as the vital link between end users and development teams, translating software functionality requirements effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Team, overseeing vendors to ensure the delivery of application evolutions, maintenance, and support tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing / Information Systems or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of experience managing enterprise or regional application maintenance and projects.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, coupled with outstanding presentation abilities.
• Profound knowledge of the software development life cycle. Deep understanding of information system fundamentals, including application layers, infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Knowledge or experience in Low-code technology, Dashboarding tools (such as Qliksense), and data analytics techniques will be highly regarded.
