JobDescription

• Assistingin the recruitment process, including posting job openings,screening resumes, and schedulinginterviews.
• Managing employee records andensuring data accuracy in the HRsystem.
• Assisting in onboarding processes fornew employees, including paperwork andorientation.
• Coordinating training programs andworkshops for staff development.
• Assisting withHR-related projects and initiatives.
• Providinggeneral administrative support to the HRdepartment.
• HR strategic planning within theManagementteam

Requirements

• Keeninterest in varied HR activities within astartup
• Minimally a diploma/degreeundergraduate in a related field
• Able to commit3 months or more
• Hone a growth mindset withwillingness to learn
• Motivated individuals witha good personality and attitude
• People-orientedwith good interpersonal and communicationskills
• A good team player with initiative andresourcefulness
