Key Account Sales Executive

Job Description

• Achieve monthly sales targets for assignedaccounts.
• Work closely with the Operations team onassigned accounts to ensure sales, distribution, and merchandisingopportunities are maximized to achieve sales targets.
•Monitor the service level of assigned accounts and minimize loss ofsales opportunities.
• Assist in improving promotionstrategies to increase sales and business opportunity
•Set and establish objectives, marketing, and promotional planstogether with retailers
• Gather market research onindustry trends and intelligence to expand businessopportunities 
• To do new product listing with eachsupermarket chain and responsible for the planning andimplementation of new product launch activities.
•Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation,and execution. To liaise and negotiate with supermarket personnelfor product display space and rental during promotion periods, andto improve visual merchandising of our products. 
•Propose and execute ways to expand product display for brandawareness in outlets. 
• Build and strengthen therelationships with buyers, outlet personnel, and relevant partiesto ensure smooth operations e.g., stock ordering,replenishment
• Understand the customer’s businessuniverse, identify and capture opportunities to increase marketshare in the outlet, as well as identify the opportunities/threatsin the market to increase the outlet’s potential for maximizingprofits to the company.
• Assist in the development andimplementation of sales activities (NCP, promotion, thematiccampaign). 
• Provide excellent customer service andenhance customer relationships. 
• Monitor and trackmarketing expenses to ensure that trade spend is withinbudget.
• Build effective business relationships withcustomers to meet their needs while protecting the company’sinterests.
• Analyze category, brand sales, and promotionsof assigned accounts for business opportunities to grow sales,volume, and distribution.
• Provide feedback on the tradeand competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance andcompetitiveness.
• Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearlybusiness reviews with assigned accounts to improve salesperformance and to further develop the business.
• Toperform any other duties asassigned
