Responsibilitiesinclude (but are not limitedto):

- Preparation and processingof accounting transactions for customers andvendors.

- Prepare and submit for approval vendorpayments.

- Reconciliation of accounts payablesand any other balance sheet accounts asrequired.

- Monitor all payable/petty cashactivities.

- Work with Sales team to post Salesorders and follow up on payment from customers.

-Monthly AR/AP reporting requirements byManagement.

- Liaison with external auditors forannual audit and periodic reporting.

- Handlead-hoc duties assigned from time totime.

 

Requirements:

-Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification equivalent,with at least 1 year of relevant accountingexperience.

- Fresh grads with right attitudewelcome to apply.

- Organized, analytical, andable to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.

- Team player, ability to adapt andassume ownership of tasks and responsibilities, flexible with a“can do” attitude.

- Proficiency in Englishcoupled with strong interpersonalskills.
