RoleOverview:

An essential team playerin the organization, Beauty Therapists are the heart and soul ofthe company. You will be responsible for performing facialtreatment services using medical-grade equipment and recommendingthe right skincare to each client. Training will be provided toensure you always adhere to the world-class standard ofperformance. We are looking for teammates who care about clients'skin and genuinely want to help each client achieve their idealskin condition. We are looking for someone who is sincere,service-oriented, and has a lovelydisposition. 

 

Responsibilities

• Beingan ambassador of Porcelain
• Perform facialtreatment services according to standards set by thecompany, trainingprovided.
• Assess client’s needs andprovide professional advice. 
• Recommend,educate, and promote suitable treatments and productsto clients.
• Always ensure the client’ssatisfaction andcomfort. 
• Prepare treatment roomsand maintain cleanliness & neatness ofworkstations.
• Assist in checking andmaintaining inventory and treatmentsupplies.
• Provide administrative supportin terms of customer care, including schedulingappointments, and maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatmentlogs and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Buildrapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensurecustomerretention. 

 

 Requirements

• PossessCIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other BeautyCertificates
• Minimum one year of experience inbeauty therapy
• Dedicated and Strongwillingness to learn. 
• High-level ofinitiative
• Exhibits the right values towardcustomers.
• Able to communicate and listenwell.
• Team player with a positive attitude andpleasantdisposition
• Bilingualism is a plus,especially with a strong command of the Englishlanguage.

要求 
- 具有CIBTAC/ CIDESCO /ITEC资格或其他美容证书 
- 美容治疗至少一年的经验 
- 敬业和强烈的学习意愿。 
- 具有高度的主动性 
- 对待客户展现正确价值观。 
- 能够沟通并倾听。 
- 具有积极态度和愉快性格的团队成员 
- 双语是加分项，特别是英语能力强。
