Join Our Team as a Customer Engagement Officer

Position Overview:

This is adynamic hybrid role that combines telesales and customer service,designed to deliver exceptional customer service through inboundand outbound call activities, focusing on Credit Cards andUnsecured Loans. The position also encompasses cross-sellingcomponents and the activation and retention of Credit Cards forconsumers.

Position Details:

Competitive Basic Salary: Commencing at $2,000, withthe potential to reach $2,200 for candidates possessing relevantexperience.
Monthly Commission Payout Structure:Incentive payouts range from $1,000 to $6,000, subject to monthlyperformance thresholds. (With the potential to earn over $8,000gross monthly based on performance and incentive tiers.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to6:30 PM (Including a 1-hour Lunch Break; Overtime eligible)
Convenient Location: Novena

KeyResponsibilities:

As a Customer EngagementOfficer, you will be responsible for:

Addressing customer inquiries related to Penalty Fees, Annual Fees,or general banking requirements.
Conductingcross-selling of Unsecured Retail Banking Products through inboundand outbound calls.
Recommending and persuadingcustomers on the benefits of unsecured retail banking products.
Ensuring the follow-up on income documents and otherrelevant documentation required for application submission.

Qualifications:

Theideal candidate should have:

Minimumeducational attainment of GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
Priorexperience in telesales is advantageous.
