The intern will work closely with the HR team to supporting a wide range of human resource activities with the aim of expanding our team and boosting efficiency within the department as we aim to grow our business. Job Description

• Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy in the HR system.
• Assisting in onboarding processes for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Coordinating training programs and workshops for staff development.
• Assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
• HR strategic planning within the Management team

Requirements

• Keen interest in varied HR activities within a startup
• Minimally a diploma/degree undergraduate in a related field
• Able to commit 3 months or more
• Hone a growth mindset with willingness to learn
• Motivated individuals with a good personality and attitude
• People-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player with initiative and resourcefulness
