This is a hybrid Telesales & Customer Service role and isrequired to provide good customer service by handling inbound andoutbound call activities relating to Credit Cards and UnsecuredLoans with a cross-selling component as part of the job scope. Theymay also have to handle the Activation and Retention of CreditCards for consumers.

Job Details:

Basic Salary: Starting base salary is from$2,000, up to $2,200 for candidates with relevant experience.
Monthly Commission Payout Structure: The incentive’spayout ranges from $1,000 - $6,000 subject to the monthlythreshold. (Has the potential to earn more than $8,000 grossmonthly subject to incentives tiers and performance.)
Monday – Friday: 9AM to 6.30PM
Location: Novena

Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees orBanking needs
Cross-sell Unsecured Retail BankingProducts via Inbound / Outbound Calls.
Recommend andpersuade customers with regard to unsecured retail bankingproducts.
To follow up on income documents and anyother relevant documents required for application submission.

Requirements:

Minimum a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
Prior experience inTelesales would be an advantage
