Roles & Responsibilities

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Product Sales with expertise in internet campaign design & operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in solution design, creating sales desks for solutions, managing the product portfolio, and offering sales support. Additionally, you will leverage your internet campaign page design skills to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Sales Desk Creation:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to craft integrated solutions tailored to client requirements and product capabilities.
  • Specialize in creating comprehensive solution designs, particularly in the F&B and retail sectors, aligning them meticulously with customer needs and overarching business objectives.
  • Tailor sales desks to effectively demonstrate the advantages and features of our solutions, ensuring a compelling presentation. Proficiency in AI and big data is a valuable asset.

Product Portfolio Management:

  • Understand and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
  • Assist in refining the product portfolio based on market trends and customer feedback.

Sales Support:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales team by answering inquiries and providing product information.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
  • Act as a link between the sales & product teams, ensuring that post-integration, clients are satisfied with the solution and its performance.

Internet Campaign Page Design:

  • Utilize web design expertise to enhance the company's online presence and create engaging internet campaign pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with branding and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Digital Marketing, or Web & Graphic Design).
  • Have more than 5 years proven experience in system integration, solution design, sales support, and internet page design.
  • Proficient in internet design tools and basic graphic design capabilities (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and productivity software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and targets.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for a higher role.
