Position Summary / Project Description

The candidate will assume a leadership role in guiding and overseeing the development team to ensure the successful execution of healthcare IT solutions or software product development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the project manager or product owner in project or product planning.
• Convert business requirements into technical architecture and detailed solutions.
• Evaluate and confirm the feasibility of solutions and infrastructure within a hybrid cloud environment while ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Create the application architecture, including integration with external systems.
• Develop detailed designs for the core application components, prioritizing robust design and security measures.
• Actively participate in coding and mentor the internal development team in design and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with the appropriate DevOps engineer to manage the release and deployment of application updates.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in software product development and the entire development life cycle.
• Extensive expertise in API design and implementation.
• Proficiency in application architecture design and database design.
• Hands-on development experience encompassing both Frontend and Backend applications, utilizing C# .Net Core and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Competence in Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Microservices design and development is advantageous.
• Profound knowledge and experience in application design patterns.
• Demonstrates proactiveness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Driven by values and adaptable to various contexts.
• Approaches solution design and development with the mindset of software product development.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
