Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Global MNC company in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the sales target required by the company
  • Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships with the company’s partners, growing the partnership through the various sales interactions.
  • Responsible for identifying new channel accounts, developing new business opportunities for the company
  • Responsible for providing quality customer service to the various partners, striving to exceed their expectations
  • Responsible for developing a successful pipeline management program for the company, ensuring the fulfilment of these sales enquiries
  • In charge of updating the company’s partners with the latest information (eg, latest products, marketing programs etc.)
  • In charge of monitoring the various partner’s performance through the necessary reviews, as well as managing their incentive programs
  • In charge of analyzing and forecasting the company’s business activities, reporting the to the key management stakeholders when required
  • All other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the IT industry
