Roles & Responsibilities

Start Date: 1st week of December

Contract: 6 Months

Working Hours/Days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the APAC Regional Product Teams to successfully drive the brand & product strategy & other initiatives within the Region.

This role is reporting to Director Marketing, American Tourister, Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product codifications, product information, sales sheet, etc.
• Anchor collaterals, hangtags, call-out and other product support including GWPs.
• Sample management, courier arrangements, photo shoot coordination and administrative support work.
• Maintain and update visual & image library periodically, usage rights charts, update Salsify sharing platform, etc.
• Periodic coordination with markets for report consolidation and follow-up.
• Periodic Reports generation from SAP.
• Monitor, document, upload, and follow-up Purchase Orders through DocuWare.
• Work closely with the Team to complete the assigned project(s) from time to time.
• Asia Marketing Meet Coordination with markets and vendors.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or above in business, marketing or other related.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in Marketing Coordination.
• Competent in negotiations, multi-tasking and coordination work.
• Strong at planning and organizing with good understanding of project management.
• A team player with can-do attitude.
• Local travel may be required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, MS applications including Power Point, Word and Excel, SAP user preferable.
