We are looking for a Investment Finance Manager to support our Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex accounting matters including but not limited to investments, mergers and acquisitions, and overall control of financial report disclosures
• Communicate with auditors to ensure that external disclosures comply with business substance and regulatory requirements
• Quick turnaround on queries related to BU's financial needs, make judgments on complex accounting matters, and provide professional opinions
• Establish an effective communication and collaboration mechanism with the group's financial reporting team on overall international accounting matters
• Promote the information sharing mechanism between the BU finance and financial reporting teams, analyze and report BG financial reports
• Collaborate with FP&A and other teams to conduct financial report disclosure, forecasting, and budgeting work for international finance
• Provide financial support for management decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related subject
• Possess at least 10 years of professional experience in audit or financial reporting
• Attained either USGAAP and IFRS, CPA, AICPA, ACCA or other certificates
• High level of integrity, ownership and teamwork
• Financial data sensitivity and risk control awareness
• Strong problem-solving ability
