We are looking for a Talent Management Associate, who will be involved in planning and updating of Assurance resources, engagements, and events.

In this role, you will:

· Planning and updating of Assurance resource schedule

· In charge of planning and allocating Audit staffs’ job engagements and schedules

· Data entry - keying in / updating forms in in-house management system

· Review and ensure efficiency allocation of assurance staff to audit engagements

· Plan and facilitate Assurance team bonding events and activities

· Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

We are looking for people with the following:

· Degree / diploma in any discipline

· Pro-active personality and willingness to learn

· Good in communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills

· Meticulous in administrative matters, ensuring all data are accurately keyed and updated

· Proficient in Excel is preferred
