Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs
• Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project
• Project scope management: develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing role & responsibility and key tasks / milestones
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues arising in project and timely escalations throughout project life cycle
• Write business requirements documents for projects/enhancements/ continuous improvements
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, design new business processes and re-engineer existing business processes and define operational process metrics.
• Responsible for super user/ end user acceptance testing, including executing some test scripts and overseeing and execution of process training
• Manage change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Conduct pre-and post-implementation audits
• Manage customer satisfaction within the project period
• Ensure a seamless handover of successfully implemented project to operations team
• Document lessons learned at the end of project cycle
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned

Requirements

. A bachelor Degree in a related discipline (preferably engineering)

. Proven track record in project management, data analysis skills

. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

. Experience as an operation manager in warehousing/ eCom ops experience

. Able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule effectively and independently

. Proficient in MS Office Suite

. 5 years experience in a supply chain project implementation

. Travel requirement: 30 - 50%

Salary shall commensurate with relevant experience.
