Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Regional Sales Manager to manage the product development and clinical support of the Surgical Workplaces portfolio for growing business in South East Asia. Product range in Surgical Workplaces in Healthcare set up includes Operating Tables, Surgical Lights, Examination Lights, Ceiling Supply Unit, Modular Walls and OR Integration.

As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Assist Regional Sales Manager in the territory to support the Surgical Workplaces products, plans and execution
• Act as a liasion for Distribution partners by providing solutions for technical and clinical querries
• Provide clinical support to the distributor and stand in for cases when required
• Gain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
• Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analyzing data; and consulting with internal and external sources
• Monitoring key market trends and competitive market information
• Understand technical drawings, autocad file
• Ability to work independently
• Have organizational, communication (includes writing), analytical and presentation skills
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/ or Manager
• Adhere and enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Science, or Healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft application such as MS Word, Excel, Power-Point
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, positive work attitude and able to work independently
