Responsibilities

· Providing support to Finance users in SAP S/4HANA.

• SAP FICO module configuration and ongoing enhancement delivery.
• Perform SAP change request deployment- prepare functional specification, perform unit testing, support UAT, conduct user training and provide post go-live support.

· Be involved in implementing and supporting new SAP solutions in the finance functions.

• Review design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan.
• Ensure global changes are identified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities that transform/streamline/drive efficiencies and higher performance levels.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of SAP FICO experience in project implementation and system maintenance
• Good understanding of Accounting processes and practices
• Minimal traveling may be required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and colleagues from varied levels, functions, and geography.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as there is a need to support both local and overseas counterparts which include China.
• Familiarity with real estate business processes is preferred.
