Keyskills:

• In-depthunderstanding of the networking concepts - Routing, Switching,LAN/WAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, ARP, VLAN, Inter-VLANRouting, OSPF, BGP etc.
• Advancedhands-on experience on troubleshooting complex networkproblems.
• Logical thinking and problem analysisskills to troubleshoot complex network problem to isolate the rootcause and provide suitable resolution.
• Seniortechnical role responsible for quick resolution of network relatedproblems. Proactive approach to handling and managing the networkproblems and ability to drive the problem situation towardsresolution, without getting stuck by the dependencies on externalfactors.

 

JobDescription:

• Managementof network incidents escalations from L1/L2, incident and problemand security incidentresponse.
• Responsible to workwith the respective infra tower teams in troubleshooting andidentify root cause, related tonetwork.
• Responsible to work with therespective network vendors’ support teams for the troubleshooting,identification and resolution of networkproblems.
• Handling of the critical networkincidents under pressure situations to resolve in timely manner tominimize the business impact.
• Attend toconference calls with other support teams for problemidentification and resolutions.
• Must have goodcommunication skills and able to workindependently.
• Must adhere to process andpolicies of the Bank.
• Able to work underpressure and with minimal supervision.
• Seniortechnical role responsible for quick resolution of network relatedproblems. Proactive approach to handling and managing the networkproblems and ability to drive the problem situation towardsresolution, without getting stuck by the dependencies on externalfactors.
• Able to use technical knowledge toproactively identify the potential network problems and imminentbusiness impact areas and prevent the same. Able to guide juniormembers in team for the same.
• Work extendedhours (weekday evening, weekends) if needed in case of ongoingproductionproblems.

 

NetworkSkills and experiencerequired:

• In-depthunderstanding of the networking concepts - Routing, Switching,LAN/WAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, ARP, VLAN, Inter-VLANRouting, OSPF, BGP etc.
• Hands onexperience on routers and switches for basic troubleshooting of thenetwork related problems andincidents.
• Advanced hands-on experience ontroubleshooting complex networkproblems.
• Logical thinking and problem analysisskills to troubleshoot complex network problem to isolate the rootcause and provide suitableresolution.
• Knowledge of advanced networktechnologies like VXLAN, Cisco ACI, VXLAN BGP eVPN, SDA, SDWAN etcwill be addedadvantage.

 

Certifications:

• CCNPor equivalent
• CCIE orequivalent
