Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies for software testing.
• Review test reports and provide feedback to relevant parties such as Managers, Engineers and the team members.
• Review and analyse test plans and test results.
• Confirm the business/software requirements and share them with test engineers.
• Plan, execute and manage the testing of specified software releases.
• Measure metrics to assess tested products and the test team's performance to achieve quality goals.
• Develop new testing methods and strategies.
• In the mid-long term, work with other Managers and Engineers to make continuous observations and improvements to the product development process for software quality enhancement.

Work Experience / Attributes / Competency Requirements:

• Suitable candidates should have attained at least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read/write and communicate fluently in Japanese language as technical documents are written in Japanese language and liaison with counterparts from Japan's HQ is required
