Salary: Up to $5000

Duration: 3 Months (Maternity Cover)

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

The Opportunity

• Assists in fulfilling the vision, mission and core values of the Hospital.
• Reports to Head, Corporate Communications & Partnerships.
• You will be responsible in assisting and executing the department’s functions which include Fundraising, Volunteer Management, Corporate Communications and Service Excellence.

As a member of Corporate Communications & Partnerships department, you will be reporting to the Fundraising Manager with the following:

Responsibilities:

• Donor management including segmentation and targeting (e.g. explore new corporate and individual donor accounts and strengthen existing accounts.
• Database management (e.g. upkeeping of donor records).
• Assist in planning, management and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
• Compliance with statutory fundraising requirements and Code of Governance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and statistics as required.
• Assist in identifying problem areas, recommend and implement improvements.
• Perform related duties as assigned (e.g. administrative support duties).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business
• At least 2 years’ working experience in related fields preferred
• Proficiency in database, Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed-oriented
