Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.

Client Account Management:

• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of recruitment services.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with their business goals.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier candidates.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidates Management:

• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and skill evaluations.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Effectively communicate job opportunities, requirements, and client expectations to candidates.

Offer Management:

• Facilitate the negotiation and presentation of job offers.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth and successful onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
