KGA is Singapore's leading gymnastics academy, dedicated to teaching the highest standards of Russian gymnastics principles in a fun and structured way. We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics for kids aged 4 and above. We are looking to hire Front Desk Admin to our growing to provide great customer experience.

Job Description:

• Manage KGA booking system
• Liaising with clients through phone, email and in person to arrange classes, trial classes and following up for feedback
• Provide feedback to parents
• Manage inventory
• Explain how the KGA classes and system works (Training Provided)

Job Requirements:

• Warm and outgoing personality who loves children and people in general
• Organised, punctual and efficient at administration
• Experienced in front desk role dealing with enquiries / customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Able to commit on both weekends

Working hours

Weekdays - 3pm to 7pm (Off day on weekdays)

Weekends - 8am to 4pm

Job Location might be at Orchard or Robertson Quay

*Remuneration based on experience and background.
