Job description

• Delivers technical operation, maintenance, monitoring, patching, and support for cybersecurity systems, services, and products (cybersecurity solutions).
• Ensures strict adherence to specifications and conformance requirements, guarantees optimal performance, and addresses technical issues inherent in cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitors, assures, and reports on the performance of implemented cybersecurity controls. Manages and assesses technical vulnerabilities in cybersecurity solutions.
• Evaluates changes to cybersecurity solutions for potential implications and recommends enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Holds a degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Brings at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity system or applications administration.
• Demonstrates expertise in managing cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SIEM, anti-malware, EDR, network security) operations and maintenance.
• Functions as an active team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of independent work without supervision.
• Pays meticulous attention to detail, exhibiting strong technical logic, and maintains a security-focused mindset in problem-solving.
• Communicates, presents, and reports to stakeholders effectively.
• Capable of defining and implementing operational processes and ensuring their adherence.
• Possesses scripting knowledge, such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Exhibits a strong commitment to personal development both technically and professionally.
• Holds certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 SSCP, ITIL, which would be an added advantage.
