Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the shipments progress, database and delivery clearance with vendors
• Handling customer orders and supporting Sales team
• Respond to the client in time, work closely with internal teams, build relationship and retain existing client account.
• Issuing freight invoices
• Checking all the accuracy of shipment documentation complied with all the SOP and regulations.
• Constants identify improvement in streamline process.
• Assisting on RFQ or Reporting
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• O' level, NITEC or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent
• 1 years experience in freight forwarding industry
• Experiences in Sales Support or Customer Service
