Position : Business Development Manager (MUST BE ABLE TOSPEAK JAPANESE/Geotechnical Engineering/Commercial)
Location : North East - Paya Lebar Road
Working hours :Monday to Friday | 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate withexperience) : Up to $12000 Monthly + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves+ Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Promotethe company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’objectives
Keep up with the latest market and industrydevelopment landscape, define the company market positioningstrategy, work closely with the company leadership and crossfunctional management team to design and execute the company’sbusiness strategy
Identify and develop top tieconstruction companies at each region/country especiallyspecialized in the geotechnical market
Build, maintainand expand relationship network in key market areas; Coordinatecross-functional team to discuss with potential global partners andsupport customer inquiries and due diligence
Work withall tendering stakeholders to develop value propositions relevantto the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in the tendering process and prepare commercialproposals as required
Participate in pricing thesolutions/services; Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizingagreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Manage client expectations in respect of servicedelivery: keep client informed of any issues and or forwardplanning; By routine monitoring ensure that all project activity isaligned with contractual obligations and entitlements.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelorsdegree with Engineering background, Civil / GeotechnicalEngineering preferably
At least 8 years' experience inproject management, client relationship management,engineering, and/ or a business development role, preferably in a constructionindustry
Strong personality, goal-minded and proactiveapproach to teamwork, development of relationships, and a tenacityto seek out all possible opportunities
Ability to workindependently to develop the business delivery role, increasing thecustomer base
Comfortable with travelling to Asiacountries.
Proficiency in English language and Japaneselanguage is a must, to communicate and connect with Japaneseclients.
