Job Description:

To actively developknowledge of your specialist market to enable you to generatebusiness and a business pipeline, through canvass calling, use ofmarketing, networking and lead generation
To regularlyvisit clients to build and develop relationships
Todevelop a good understanding of client companies, their industry,what they do and their work culture and environment
Toadvertise positions by drafting and placing adverts on JAC'swebsites and other social media to attract candidates
To build relationships with both candidates and employers
To search for, identify and approach suitablecandidates using JAC's extensive candidate database, LinkedIn, andother sources
To receive and review applications fromcandidates, manage interviews and create candidate shortlists forthe clients
To brief candidates on the roles and toprepare CVs to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
To organise interviews for candidates with the clientand to inform candidates about the results of their interviews andto feedback to the client
To negotiate pay andconditions and to finalise arrangements between both clients andcandidates
To offer advice to both clients andcandidates on pay rates, training and career progression in yourspecialist market
Requirements :
Bachelor’sdegree in Business or related field
Either solidexperience within the recruitment industry or a proven track recordof high achievement in another fast-paced business environment,with preferably a B2B sales background
You are successdriven, team player with a competitive personality and exceptionalcommunication skills
Must have a proactive and positiveattitude to work and be target driven and motivated
Candidate would be require to communicate with Japansesstakeholders and candidates
