Senior Assistant Manager (Programme, Brand & Digital Communications)

Job Description

As part of the Programme, Brand and Digital Communications sub-section in the College Communications Unit at the College of Business (Nanyang Business School, NBS) in NTU, the potential candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director (Programme, Brand & Digital Communications) to spearhead various communication activations for the school.The role supports the strategy and initiatives to enhance NBS's communications and visibility, critical to help the school attain its FT rankings, as well as attract top students, faculty, and corporate partners/ potential donors.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive an integrated communications strategy that supports the promotion of key NBS programmes, including research, strategy development, and executional plan
  • Support the positioning direction of NBS, which includes working with various teams within NBS and an external vendor, ensuring all activations align with the NBS positioning
  • Assist in the design conceptualisation, development, implementation and production of programme collateral and other activations (together with in-house designer and/or external design agency)
  • Engage stakeholders (faculty, students, alumni, etc.) to plan a pipeline of engaging content for social media
  • Assist in overseeing various digital assets, including social media, to ensure content is aligned with NBS value proposition
  • Act as the brand guardian of the NBS website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content that is SEO-friendly
  • Develop monthly reports that track the various communications activations, including recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in budget management


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools and programmes for digital communications and social media platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Meticulous, with strong analytical ability and data-driven thinking
  • Results-oriented, sensitive to deadlines and a team player
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
