What you will be working on
• Supervise a team of officers to process applications to meet the Board's service standards
• Assist in the operations which includes the handling of customers' enquiries and correspondences
• Perform reviews of policies, processes and systems of the Nominations and Accounts Closure Department
• Lead and implement projects in the Nominations and Accounts Closure Department
