Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for quality and workmanship of every activity, with thorough knowledge of all phases of civil engineering marine related operations.
• Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project, including certificate, calibration, test result, inspection request, non-compliance report and other QA/QC documents.
• Review quality of materials at site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for material procurement, at the same time maintaining quality of material.
• Oversee and handle equipment documents and efficient storage of hazardous materials, and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
• Analyze processes to ensure all works comply with quality requirements.
• Manage work methods and maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, and monitor continuous application for quality assurance processes, followed by recommending corrective actions for processes.
• Review NCRs, punches and analyses quality deviations to take corrective measures
• Assign with operating the laser engraving/stamping equipment for product identification
• Monitor all activities related to quality.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Around 2 years QA/QC experience in Marine or Oil/Gas industries.
• Meticulous, has keen eye for details, good planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Great in problem solving.
• Ability to work in cross-functions team environment.
