Job Title: Junior QA Engineer (ID6035)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.15pm
Salary: $3000

Job Description
• Oversee the QC and Inspection duties in manufacturing process.
• Diagnose root cause and conduct investigation for non-conformance.
• Ensure all customers’ complaints are closed and corrective action effectively taken
• Attend 3rd party (ISO9001 & 13485) and customers’ audits and assist in follow up action.
• Over-all in charge of in-house QC in accordance to Company’s requirements.
• Ensure / control new product introduction, documentation, medical device file, batch record review are met.
• Manage QA/QC functions and facilitate quality performance to meet customers’ requirements.
• Support Quality Management System (ISO9001 & 13485)
• Conduct training to new staff on working procedures and standards.
• Handle suppliers’ related issues from incoming quality, annual performance, and follow up on supplier complaint case.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management

Requirement:
• Min 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment with ISO 13485 certified is preferable.
• Studies in ITE/ Poly in Engineering/Life Sciences preferred.
• Aircon Environment
• Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT, Jalan Boon Lay & Pioneer Mall & Pioneer MRT
