Roles & Responsibilities

• Position Type: Full-Time

• Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 (Based on Relevant Experience)

• Work Location: Within Loyang, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee warehouse logistics.
• Supervise forklift operations and mechanical processes.
• Ensure the maintenance of the warehouse and machinery in good condition.
• Implement the FIFO method for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate with courier/forwarder for efficient pick-up processes.
• Plan, manage, and order stock levels to support production needs.
• Maintain shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate order details of shipments.
• Ensure the proper placement of products during shipment.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in coordinating logistics and supervising forklift operations.
• Strong organizational skills in managing stock levels and supporting production needs.
