Job title: Operations Analyst with UAT

Work location: Changi business park

Job mode: 12 months renewable contract.

Only Singaporeans required for this role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Verification, as well as prepare Standard Operating Procedure & other documentations for team projects and digital initiatives
• Handle daily checking of the clearing account for customer claim.
• Investigate self service banking transactions.
• Perform settlement and reconciliation of the team’s key GL accounts
• Apply agile methodology and process improvement frameworks to contribute towards the digital transformation journey .

Key Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
• Fundamental understanding and interest in banking and technology (e.g. RPA, API, Data Analytics, Qlikview, VBA) - not mandatory
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to demonstrate critical thinking, and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
