We're in search of an Operations and Events Manager to be a pivotal part of our growing team.

About Us:

Instantly.sg is a leading photo and video booth company specializing in crafting unique installations for events across Singapore. As industry trailblazers, some of our creations are exclusively ours, making each project a thrilling adventure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment (hardware and software) for events
• Deliver equipment to and from event premises (vehicle provided)
• Set up for events (when required)
• Operate our service at events (when required)
• Train Operations Crew / Event Part Timers on service procedures
• Manage Operations Crew / Event Part Timers / Drivers schedules and work
• Liaise with event clients on event details and prepare accordingly
• Liaise with clients on item orders and prepare accordingly
• Respond to new client inquiries
• Basic warehouse packing, unpacking, and tidying
• Research and develop new services

• Master in Multi-tasking: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly juggling various responsibilities to ensure seamless event operations.

• Quick Learner: Demonstrates a high aptitude for learning and swiftly adapts to new tasks and skills, contributing to the dynamic nature of our work.

• Anti-Desk Bound: Rejects the conventional office setting, preferring an active role that involves hands-on participation in event preparation and execution.

• Problem Solver with a Can-Do Spirit: Exhibits a proactive approach to challenges, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions and ensuring tasks are accomplished with a positive attitude.

• Leadership Experience: Brings proven leadership skills to the table, having successfully managed and motivated teams in previous roles.

• Customer-Oriented: Possesses a patient and customer-focused mindset, always ready to assist and add value for clients. Goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

• Bonus Skills: While not mandatory, previous experience in below are desirable

  • Operations

  • Basic programming / scripting / automatation knowledge,

  • Photography/videography skills (know how to operate a DSLR camera)

  • Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator

  • Possess a Class 3 driving license
