Responsibilities

• End user support (BR Desk onsite support).
• Handling Ticket system (e.g. Service Now, ITSM based on ITIL).

Qualifications

• 1–2-year experience related in IT.
•  Fluent in English skills (low conversational level is fine but available reading & writing English).
