Overview of Division/Department

Asia Pacific Corporate Banking (APCB) is responsible for providing value added support and services to Mizuho's regional corporate banking network and product related businesses in Asia Pacific.

Job Responsibilities

Support management staff as well as the department staff on secretarial and administrative matters
Support planning and managing general administration of the department
Expense budget planning, monitoring and reporting
Compliance related matters including information control implementation, controlling, reporting and training
Coordinaiting with other offices of the department in Hong Kong on related matters
Acting as liaison with Singapore branch departments on related matters
Other duties and tasks assigned by the management and team heads

Job Requirements

To have at least 8 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience at a local or foreign bank supporting management staff and team members (working experience at a Japanese bank is advantageous)
To be a quick learner and someone who could take on responsibility of his or her own work
To have good communication skills in both written and spoken English
