Contract Customer Relations Officer

Location: Orchard
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours:
- 4 days per week rostered
- 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Commit to work 6 public holidays
Salary: Up to $2.1K + allowances + 1 month completion bonus 

Job scope:
• Achieve individual sales and team target
• Handle all walk-in and phone enquiries from customers
• Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way
• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales
• Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows
• Handle counter duties and cashiering
• Other ad-hoc duties or reassignment if required.
