Youwill be involved in:

Managing Dice Storethrough core warehousing processes, people resources, inventoriesintegrity & demand fulfillment to support Group, Division, FAB,EWS, PTM and BHQ.
Achieving the Warehousing &Infrastructure’s Goals for service, Quality, Productivity, &Cost Efficiency, through the management of the Policy Deploymentprocess.
Financial - Operating Cost for WarehousingActivities / Productivity / Assets management
Quality -LRR, IECC (Informal External Customer Complaints), ECC (ExternalCustomer Complaints)
Service - Cycle-time,Productivity, Division/Planning Requests, Recodification and StoreTransfer request.
People Engagement & PeopleManagement (Census – 11 staffs)
Health & Safety ofEmployees
Sustaining work disciplines to adhere to allCompany’s Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance toSOX requirements.
Lean Project and work improvementsimplementation.
Supporting & backup Manager’sfunction during his absent.
Participating and assistingin warehouse expansion programs.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/have:

Experience in semiconductor industry
Knowledge of Lean concepts
ERP systempreferably in SAP WM & MM
Project management skills
Problem solving and people management skills
