• Efficiently manage cash and sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Take charge of day-to-day retail operations, striving to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Engage customers and effectively communicate ongoing promotions and special offers.
• Uphold first-class service excellence, creating memorable customer interactions at all times.
• Embrace duty roster and assignments to optimize efficiency and teamwork.
• Be our brand ambassador, embodying the company's image and upholding its reputation.
• Embrace diverse tasks assigned by supervisors and managers, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred minimum of 1 year customer service experience in the retail industry.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, especially in English, and a strong ability to work harmoniously in a team.
• Demonstrated service orientation with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction even in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work 5 days a week including weekends. 9.5 hours per shift with 1 hour break. Earliest shift can start from 6am and latest shift will end at 1am. 
• Company transport is available at timings where public transport is unavailable
