Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Finance Executive (GL) role:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset, and Inventory functions.
• Prepare and post journal entries during month-end financial close.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis at the entity level to support financial insights.
• Oversee month-end and yearly financial closings, as well as quarterly reporting activities.
• Liaise with various departments to address and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Complete quarterly GST submissions and respond to inquiries from external bodies.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Handle audit and tax-related matters for the entity.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the GL Accountant.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of full-set accounts.
• Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial data clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:

• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm (WFH 2 Days Available)
• Salary: Basic Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
