Job Description

The successful candidate will join the BusinessTechnology Department in SIA Finance Division. You will be requiredto work with Finance business users, IT Division and IT vendors toplan and implement Finance digital initiatives and to provideeffective operational support for implemented Financesystems.

KeyResponsibilities

1) Drivebusiness value through system capabilities and enhancements byworking with IT Division and Finance businessusers

2) Collaborate with functional units toidentify, define, and document business needs and objectives,current operational procedures, problems, and user requirements forenhancements

3) Facilitate business processreview and formulate use case with businessusers.

4) Manage the end-to-end delivery for newprojects and application enhancements, where key activities include

- Collaborating with internal and externalstakeholders for smooth and timely delivery of projects and achieveset business KPIs

- Leading requirementsgathering and technical solutioning with users and technicalteams

- Reviewing feasibility and sustainabilityof proposed solutions

- Executing UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), including pro-active follow ups on bugfixesto ensure that all test scenarios are comprehensively testedand all business requirements are met

-Identifying and mitigating project and business risks bycollaborating with all impacted stakeholders.

-Strategising and leading change management through regularcommunications and coordination

- Managingchange requests and conducting post-implementationreview

5) Provide effective operational supportfor Finance systems. Activities include:

-Assisting users on system usage, authorization andadministration

- Managing resolution of reportedincidents (e.g. bugs) based on Service Level Agreementterms

- Ensuring regularly periodic jobs arecompleted in accordance with agreed timeline

-Partnering with businee units (BUs) to identify areas ofimprovements in the work processes and systemflow/functions

- Assisting with the audit of ITapplications

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, ComputerScience, Business IT, or IT-related discipline
• 2 years of working experience in Finance or similar rolepreferred
• Fresh graduates with strong learningcapabilities and right attitude will be considered
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in SAP FICO, Sharepoint and Tableau will be anadvantage
• Self-starter and result orientedwith strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking andproblem-solving skills
• Strong inter-personalskills and be able to communicate well with both technical team andbusiness users
• Proven project managementskills.
• Ability to manage own time andpriority accordingly
