Singtel is seeking anInnovation Design Lead to spearhead the exploration andimplementation of cutting-edge design technologies andmethodologies. The Innovation Design Lead works at the intersectionof design, technology, and business strategy to createforward-thinking solutions that push the boundaries of traditionaldesign. From static imagery to motion graphics, the InnovationDesign Lead is able to transform ordinary briefs into extraordinaryexperiences through creative execution and strategic campaignplanning. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative visionand the ability to communicate effectively with both internal andexternal teams.

Make an Impactby

Team Leadership -Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborativeenvironment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Project Oversight - Oversee all stages of design projectsfrom conception to execution, ensuring that timelines and qualitystandards are met.
Campaign Planning -Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creativecampaigns. Ensure all visual content supports the overarchingcampaign strategy and business goals. Work closely with CreativeLead, marketing teams, peers, and other key stakeholders tobrainstorm and develop content ideas. Provide clear, concisedirection and feedback to internal and external parties involved incontent production.
Strong Copywriting - Ableto complement visual content with creative, clear and concisewriting.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools tostreamline design processes, enhance creativity, and improvedecision-making. This includes generative design techniques toexplore new concepts and optimize existing designs.
Stakeholder Communication - Able to collaborate acrossfunctions, present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders,articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring - Stay updated withindustry trends, new technologies, and best practices in visualmedia. Continuously seek innovative ways to improve content qualityand effectiveness, especially in an AI powered world.
Strategic Design Leadership - Define the overall designstrategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision andleverages AI capabilities to enhance productofferings.

Skillsfor Success

MinDiploma holder
A minimum of 5-10 years ofexperience in design roles, with at least 2-5 years in a leadershipposition at an in-house Creative team or advertising agency.Experience with AI-driven design processes is highlydesirable.
Proficiency in modern design tools(e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
Able todrive multiple projects from start to finish.
An expert in design workflows with the ability to executestatic ideas into moving visuals flawlessly. Doesn't hesitate toget into the details, and does not lose sight of the broaderstrategic intent.
Strategic thinker; alwayscurious and creatively-minded in every way.
Able to give and receive feedback positively withouttaking it too personally. See the value of differentperspectives.
Willing to work occasionally onweekends & public holidays, if required.
Strong copywriting and presentation skills and be fluentin English.
A leader and a good team player;able to work well independently or with a team while underpressure.
