Who We Are Looking For & What Role YouWill Play

• Performmonitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operationevents.
• Monitor attendance records of allAETOS employees and provide detailed reports tomanagement.
• Monitor security access controlpoints and basic administration of clearance for persons andvehicles into the system.
• Monitor variousalarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare basic reportsupon completion of operation.
• Monitor of videoanalytics CCTV and response in accordance withprocedures.
• Perform inbound and outboundcalls
• Managing and resolving client’senquiries
• Any other duties/jobs assigned bysupervisor.

WhatKnowledge & Experience We Require FromYou

• Candidate mustpossess at least GCE N/ O level.
• Able to speakand write fluent English.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ableto work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (dependon roster).
• Relevant training will beprovided.
