Role Overview:

As the Associate Director forSupply Chain Technology, you will serve as a key deputy to theDirector of Technology and Innovation, providing strategicleadership and operational oversight for our supply chaintechnology initiatives. You will be responsible for developing andexecuting a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring seamlessintegration of WMS, TMS, and other critical systems, and drivingcontinuous improvement to optimize performance and efficiency. Inaddition, you will collaborate closely with cross- functional teamsto identify and implement innovative solutions that support thedigital transformation of our supplychain.

KeyResponsibilities:

StrategicLeadership

Leadcross-functional teams within the Department to implement andmaintain supply chain technology solutions, including WMS, TMS andother relevant systems and guiding them towards the organization'starget operating model for connected technologies.
Mentor and manage team members, ensuring that they arealigned with strategic objectives and equipped to support anintegrated supply chain technology ecosystem.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive technologyroadmap for all supply chain technology systems, identifying andprioritizing initiatives to meet business needs.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to optimizesupply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance customerexperience.

OperationalExcellence and Governance

Serve as a strategic partner to operations leaders,establishing a robust governance framework for change requests andaligning them with the unified supply chain technologystrategy.
Work with key stakeholders toensure that change requests are managed effectively within theunified system, supporting alignment across WMS, TMS, and relatedapplications.
Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance system efficiency andeffectiveness.

ConnectedTechnology Oversight

Lead efforts to enhance connectivity across all supplychain technologies, facilitating integration between WMS, TMS, andother critical systems.
Partner withdevelopment teams to drive enhancements and application changes,ensuring that technology solutions evolve in line with operationalneeds and strategic goals.
Guide initiativesthat improve interoperability between systems, leveraging connectedtechnology to streamline workflows across the supplychain.

StakeholderEngagement and Change Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all supply chaintechnology systems, representing the product function in executiveand cross-functional meetings.
Facilitatestakeholder communication, training, and alignment for new systemcapabilities, driving consistent adoption and effective use acrosstheorganization.

Qualifications:

Leadershipand Interpersonal Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with experience in coachingand mentoring teams; ready to take on expanded responsibilitieswhenever required.
Excellent communicationskills and the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholdersacross all levels of the organization.
Astrategic mindset with the agility to adapt to a dynamic andfast-pacedenvironment.

ProfessionalExperience:

9+ yearsof experience in product management or leadership roles in relatedsupply chain technologies, with demonstrated success in managingcomplex system implementations.
Proven trackrecord in driving product strategy, managing end-to-end productlifecycles, and leading cross-functionalteams.

TechnicalSkills:

Proficiency inSQL and data analysis, with experience developing optimized queriesand using analytics to inform product decisions.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Transport Management andwarehouse management platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder) andvarious key features, solutions to derive key business value ishighlypreferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, ComputerScience, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degreeor certification in Product Management or Supply Chain Managementis a plus.
