Businesses that partnerwith Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no oneGoogle advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of onlinemedia combined with your communication skills and analyticalabilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using yourrelationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber clientservice, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisionsare made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs ofGoogle's key clients and understand how our range of productofferings can grow their business. Working with them, you set thevision and the strategy for how their advertising can reachthousands of users.

As an Industry Manager,you'll provide advertising solutions to consumers and businesses inPakistan. You'll manage the relationships with clients andagencies, identifying, educating and developing clients in order todrive their business growth. This role requires flexibility toaccommodate extensive and regular travel to Pakistan, toeffectively support customers in themarket.

Jobresponsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy togrow Google's presence in Pakistan with higher focus on key sectorslike Telco, Fintech, Ecommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), andTelco industries.
  • Analyze data trends andclient performance, develop strategic plans, and prepare andconduct strategic pitches and presentations with minimalguidance.
  • Collaborate and consult with clientswith the goal of extending relationships, increasing client andagency base, and optimizing their advertising growth.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order toshare insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at eventsand conferences.
  • Advocate new productreleases, internally and externally. Build and manage relationshipsto deliver a plan working as an independent contributor with alarge set of internal and externalstakeholders.

Minimumqualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practicalexperience.
  • 8 years of experience inadvertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently tocommunicate with and serve Urdu speakingcustomers.

Preferredqualifications

  • Experience in business development, client relationshipmanagement and servicing, and consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of and experience with using Google and YouTubeadvertising solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge ofPakistan's technology and advertising landscape, with strongunderstanding of Pakistan's Telco, CPG and Agencyindustry.
  • Understanding of digital advertisingsolutions and media products.
  • Ability tomentor account managers and work towards goals in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitmentto contributing to the growth and development of Pakistan's Techindustry.
