Job Summary

• This headcount is part of the CMPS (Capital MarketsProducts and Sales) Team focusing on offering Direct Access service(DACS) to Private Banking clients.
• DACs teamoffer a bespoke Equity (EQ) and EQ structured products tradingservice to sophisticated private banking clients who are active inthe asset class.
• Responsible for driving DACSrevenue, providing proactive advisory directly to clients includingidea generation, margin & risk management and executionsupport.
• Work closely with Private Bank FrontOffice in new DACS clients prospecting.
• Providing support to team in overall Structured Products(SP) business.
• Ensuring compliance with allinternal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining good relationship and to work closely withinternal and external stakeholders including the front, middle andback offices.
• Providing support to ad hocprojects in relation to specific aspects of deskactivities.

Our IdealCandidate

• Degree(s) inrelevant subjects such as Business, Economics and Finance relatedpreferred.
• 5 plus years of Equity andStructured Product margin trading experience.
• Experience in Equity and Structured Product margintrading, with experience in direct handling of private bankingclients preferred.
• Proficiency in mandarin ispreferred, as the role will require regular interaction withChinese clients.
• Ability to work with a highlevel of attention to details to ensure quality tradeexecution.
• Required to perform holiday duties& early shifts.
• Ability to work under afast paced environment.
• Good in internal andexternal stakeholders management.
• Strong workethic with high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• RNF and CACS holder is required.
• CMFAS Qualifications is required - Paper 1A or 1B, 5, 6,6A, 8, 8A (or RES12B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A) as well asCACS 1, CACS 2 and FMRP.
• Basic analytical andtechnical skills that can be practically applied to day-to-dayoperations.
