Job Overview:
Weare seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Promoters to represent ourproducts at Guardian stores. The Promoter will be the face of thebrand, responsible for engaging customers, educating them about theproducts, and driving sales. KeyResponsibilities:

Actively approach and engage customers to introduce andpromote the brand’s products.
Provide detailedproduct information and demonstrations to educate customers aboutthe benefits and usage.
Maintain aprofessional and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive customerexperience.
Drive sales by highlightingproduct features and offering personalizedrecommendations.
Monitor and restock productdisplays, ensuring they are tidy and appealing.
Collect customer feedback and report it to the supervisorfor insights and improvements.
Achieve dailyand monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while promotingthe brand.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales,promotions, or a related field is preferred but notmandatory.
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Confidence and aproactive attitude when engaging with customers.
Passion for health, wellness, and retailproducts.
Ability to work independently and ina fast-paced environment.
Willingness to workflexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
