JobDescription:

Prepareand send invoices to customers for constructionprojects.
Manage customer accounts and followup on outstanding payments.
Handle cashreceipts and deposits.
Reconcile customeraccounts and resolve discrepancies.
Processsupplier invoices for payment.
Manage vendorrelationships and ensure timely payments.
Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receivingreport) for accuracy.
Maintain accurate andup-to-date general ledger records.
Processaccounting transactions, including journal entries.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closingprocedures.
Reconcile bank statements andother financial accounts.
Prepare and submitGST returns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore(IRAS).
Maintain GST records and ensurecompliance with regulations.
Generatefinancial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, andcash flow statements.
Analyze financial dataand prepare reports formanagement.

JobRequirements:

Degree /diploma in accountancy or any other relevent field
At least 2 years of accounting experience. Workingexperience in construction sector is added advantage.
Meticulous, with an eye for detail
Candidates with prior experience with IFCA accountingsoftware will have a significant advantage, but not amust
